About occupants
We are looking for someone to share our lovely new house in Charlemont/Armstrong Creek area. Your room is the Master with Ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe. Weekly rent includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water and internet). We already have a very friendly and loveable dog (who mainly lives outside) so would prefer no more pets. House is fully furnished - and we can provide your room furnished or unfurnished, whatever you prefer. I am a mum who works and studies remotely and I live with my teen daughter who is currently studying VCE. While I am home working and studying during the day - and my daughter is at school - we are out and about most weeknight evenings and weekends with sport and other commitments. Looking for an easygoing, flexible and independent housemate who also enjoys a chat and a cuppa or glass of wine. Would love to hear from you if you think this would suit you.
