About the house:
4 bedroom house in Highton. 2 bathrooms, good sized kitchen and dining area. There is on street and garage parking.
The house is about 2 minutes from the Geelong Ring Road, there's a supermarket around the corner and the number 43 bus stops down the road.
Rent is paid fortnightly.
Bills will be for gas, electricity, water and internet and is split evenly between us.
The new lease starts in early December for 6 months. You can move in earlier if needed. Everything is through a real estate including the bond.
You'll have your bedroom and one of the spare rooms to yourself as well as your own bathroom.
There will only be the two of us in the house. Lots of privacy as bedrooms are at opposite sides of the house.

Occupants Description
I work full time Monday to Friday. Most of the time I'm home I'm just relaxing after work. I would like to find someone with a similar lifestyle.
I'm a friendly and respectful roommate. I try not too make much noise and I'm cleaner than your average house mate.
Occasionally I have a friend or two over on the weekend to chill and catch up and play games. Nothing crazy or loud.
