As landlord I'm a self-employed professional since 1997. I work from a home office so I am predominantly home with infrequent travel mainly to Melbourne & suburbs to visit & meet with clients in manufacturing & allied industries. My consultancy work tends to be a preoccupation, however, is always interesting, challenging & rewarding. I enjoy relaxing watching sport in TV or tending to the gardens surrounding my home. I maintain a tidy home & expect others to do similarly. I exercise regularly by walking to keep reasonably fit. I have a circle of friends with whom I share coffees & meals at local Cafes & restaurants. I enjoy all music genres & love travelling. I'm a reasonable cook & enjoy most foods & an occasional cider or wine. I've 2 female tenants sharing; a 32 yr old who is a Masters student studying Social Service at Deakin's Waterfront campus and the other, a 42 yr old who is an Early Childhood Education teacher.
