We are offering you your own room (furnished) with a second room with a desk and TV which could double as your own living and gaming room. Plus your own bathroom. Both rooms have plenty of storage.
We also have a home gym with weights, treadmill and exercise bike. We live a short walk to the beach and a 15 min drive from Ocean Grove for good surf. And 5min drive to the supermarket. Plus a large shared living room and open plan kitchen area.
Rent includes unlimited internet and bills. All we want is a clean and reliable housemate, who loves dogs.
