SHORT TERM 5 month rental in fully furnished retro Jan Juc beach house. Available late June to end of November, $320 total per week plus bills. Ocean views, a stroll to Jan Juc beach, close to golf course and the Surf Coast Track.

There are two bedrooms plus study, large open plan kitchen and living area and treetop balcony with stunning sea views. Big backyard with veggie patch also contains shed with available storage.

We are heading away for five months and would love some homely kind people to stay in our abode while we are away. Suits a professional couple or two/three friends. Our legend housemate lives in the semi self-contained downstairs area. Please contact Caleb or Anna for further details.
