Room available in a quiet gated complex in Arundel close to buses and helensvale train/tram station and the motorway. Unfurnished bedroom with a ceiling fan and sliding wardrobe, you also get an amazing view of the sunset! Large bathroom with a bath, sharing with one super chill female. Air conditioner in the living room but the house is so breezy you hardly ever need it. Complex has 2 pools, bbq areas, gym, sauna and function room.The complex only has about 15-20 units in it so not too much traffic in and out

Water, electricity, unlimited internet and yard maintenance is included in the rent. If electricity comes out more expensive than what is in our account, we split the difference 3 ways, has only ever been extra $20 and paid qrtly

Kenya 24y.o - I am originally from Tasmania. I work in hospitality so I’m gone early most mornings until the arvo. I like drawing/painting, having a good laugh and some level of outdoorsy stuff. I’m pretty chatty, but respectful of quiet time. I’d share the main bathroom with you, I like to keep things relatively tidy. I’m away some weekends visiting so plenty of opportunity for you to have a nice long un-interrupted bath 🙂 overall we are a super chill household to live with!
