We are looking for a FEMALE flatmate (non-smoker), to share our beautiful 4 bedroom home with two other females & our cute little Burmese cat in Arundel Springs.

Rent is $350 per week (including expenses) for a furnished room in a modern, clean, tidy & quiet home. Plenty of street parking available.
