Description of the home
Our home is a three bedroom house located in Arundel. A five minute walk from a food story, bakery, news agent, and post office. 10 minute drive to Southport or Parkwood tram stop.
We have a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes line, vacuum, a large fridge however the car parking is a bit strange. We don’t have any parks on the property, you can park on the street over if you apply for a residential permit.
Small bedroom available with a built in wardrobe, we have a double mattress but no bedframe hahah
We have a small, quiet parrot in the living room also. You’ll love her, she’s very cute.
