Rent is $350 a week and must be added on as a lease holder so a formal application is required with the real estate – the lease will expire in April 2026. Water is included within the rent and electricity will be extra.
4 weeks rent is required for the bond + 1 week rent in advance.

I work full time Monday - Friday in the medical industry, i live a very active life style and i am an early riser to get up and train at the gym prior to work. Harper is a small, non shedding hyper allergenic maltese who loves everyone !
I enjoy having a peaceful little home, finding someone who is like minded is a must - Not a party house :)
I take alot of pride in my home and keep it very clean and tidy. My weekends are usually spent with Harper down at the beach, gym and lunch/dinner with friends. I have lived in shared houses before and respect other's privacy and space or movie night/dinner.
Well behaved however she will want cuddles/attention so must be okay with this
