Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home located in Benowa, rnext to the Botanic Gardens, central to everything, 5 min walk to Coles, 8 min by car to Broadbeach/surfers, 10 min away from M1.
The house is pretty big, has it own lovely pool, garden, bbq area, and plenty of street parking.
House will be shared just with my partner, our dog and myself 😌
House is fully furnished and You’ll have your own bathroom :)
Rent is $330pw + bills split = between the 3 of us, we think it should be around $30 a week. Plus 2 week bond. And the minimum stay is 3 months, ideal if the person is looking for a long term stay since more than a housemate they want a friend at home 😀
