Amazing fully furnished home.
Queen size room available on the 7th April 2025.
Brand new queen bed and deluxe mattress. Must provide your own bed linen.
Salt water swimming pool and entertaining area.
Shopping centers 2 mins drive.
Harbor Town center 2 mins drive.
The beach is 10 mins drive.
M1 highway 5 mins drive.
Require the room to be locked in by the new tenant and security bond paid for by Friday 11th April 2025.
This house is a friendly vibes house only.
No grumpy bumbs allowed.
Cleaning is shared by all tenants weekly.
I am a professional chef so bbq gatherings at my place are pretty epic if I do say so myself.
Something for the new tenant to look forward too.
The new tenants friends are also always welcome.
