This is a fantastic, quiet location with birds in the morning and everything you could possibly want within walking distance. The train station is 1km and the bus station 500m away. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is around the corner, and it's a 15-minute walk to Broadbeach Centre, which has amazing restaurants and entertainment.
The large ground-floor apartment has a cosy open-plan living area with tile floors throughout, overlooking a terrace and foliage.
The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment.
