My waterfront duplex is unique and special because of the location - Pacific Fair is 2 mins drive away and on 2 bus routes; Privacy; the water views & Duel Living - has two separate living areas -So we won't feel like we are on top of each other. ALSO, because I go away to Tasmania a lot, my flatmate would have the place to themselves most of the time.
The duplex has the usual, fully equipped small kitchen, bathroom combined laundry. The undercover outside living area is also good for the soul. Your bedroom has a double bed with linen and blankets with built in wardrobe & a lamp; TV - or you can have it unfurnished.

Hi I am semi retired and am very interested in my family, gardening and fitness - love to ride my bike on the beach. I am very creative, love to watch netflix movies, love soft music and live in Tasmania a good percentage of time in the year but because I have my children and grandchildren here so I come and visit them as it is easier for me so my flatmate would have the place to THEMSELF most of the time. My flatmate who is leaving was there for 9 months but she is 82 years old and cannot manage looking after herself anymore so she is now moving into a serviced room where there are other people around all the time to help her - if she needs it and I will be sorry to see her go.
