Description of the home
Hey,
I am in a small tranquil townhouse complex which backs into a peaceful national park.
I live on my own with a house dog, Leroy, who is a Shitzu Maltese and is super friendly and sleeps in my room.
I am very close to Fleays, Tallebudgera Creek and a short walk to Stocklands Shopping Center and main bus depo. There is a bus that leaves opposite Fleays which is less than a five minutes walk.
I have two fridges and fans throughout.
The home is fully security screened throughout.
The main bathroom will be shared by the two new tenants, with bath shower
The room is $300.00 includes bills.
Storage may be discussed, dependent on volume.
