Property has solar plus storage battery. This means electricity bills should be minimal (first bill has not yet been generated). They will be shared equally between all occupants. No gas. Internet broadband will also be split monthly contribution in addition to rent.

About the occupants
All occupants will be new to the property so at this stage unable to share information about others. I am a neat woman and enjoy relaxing at home. I like to have a few drinks with friends and will sometimes go out on Fridays/Saturdays. I work hard so really make the most of my down time. I like a good laugh and people who respect my privacy and space when I need it.
Compatible people
I am keen to have like minded flat mates who want to enjoy the privacy of living at Emerald Lakes. I love socialising however since this is townhouse living, large parties and extremely loud music would disturb surrounding neighbours.

I wont have a cleaner so will need flatmates who are willing to clean up after themselves– keeping common area spaces (kitchen, living, bathroom spaces) tidy at all times.

It's important to me that we all get along with each and respect each others privacy and space. There are two living areas (upstairs and downstairs) as well as the balcony and separate courtyard.
