There are two queen rooms available for rent. One has lock up garage and the other uncovered off street parking. 24/7 drive around security (not gated). 200m to cafes, restaurants, supermarket, chemist and 11km of walking paths around the lake.

Bills and expenses
Property has solar plus storage battery. This means electricity bills should be minimal (first bill has not yet been generated). They will be shared equally between all occupants. No gas. Internet broadband will also be split monthly contribution in addition to rent.
Occupants Description
I wont have a cleaner so will need flatmates who are willing to clean up after themselves– keeping common area spaces (kitchen, living, bathroom spaces) tidy at all times.
It's important to me that we all get along with each and respect each others privacy and space. There are two living areas (upstairs and downstairs) as well as the balcony and separate courtyard.
