I am a single 56 year old female( young at heart) shift work who lives a fairly quiet, healthy, active, and routined life. Im a non-smoker, social drinker when the occasion calls, early riser for both work and exercising and usually early to bed. Im easy to get along with, have a good sense of humour, and enjoy a chat if it suits the other person. I like my apartment clean and tidy and am respectful of people's privacy. I don't watch a lot of TV , preferring to listen to music, however I do like to watch the NRL and the occasional streaming series.

Prefer a male flatmate, shift worker, professional or tradie in late 30's, 40's or over and must be a non- smoker. Someone who is honest, reliable with rent,respectful, keeps their space, and the common area's clean and is considerate of noise at times when im on shift work. I have a fully equipped kitchen and am happy for everything to be used, including a great coffee machine! I'm not really wanting to share food but am happy for a few of the basics, e.g. condiments, glad wrap, foil etc.
