Bills and expenses

$350 p/w including all bills, bond $500
Private room with shared bathroom, kitchen and large living area in a two bedroom fully furinshed unit except the available room to rent. Share with one man who has a disability and is very quiet and easy going who doesn't smoke or drink and mainly keeps to himself. I also like to keep fit and I regularly go to the gym and I'm on the NDIS who provide support and a cleaner once a week. Bills include electricity, hot water, internet, and Netflix. Buy your own food and you can use the kitchen at your own leisure. I usually buy cleaning products and toilet paper, water and other bits and pieces for the unit that we both will use.

About the occupants
My name is Charles and I'm a 65 year old guy who has a disability but I am capable of doing things for myself for the most part and I mostly keep to myself in my room on my computer when I'm home though at night I usually like to watch movies or shows in the living room. I like to keep fit and I regularly go to the gym and the pool for exercise and therapy. I don't smoke or drink but I don't mind if you do as long as you're respectful and tidy. I don't work as I'm on the disability pension with support from NDIS. I'm originally from Mullumbimby and I like to watch movies and listen to all kinds of music. I also write poetry in my spare time and I'm mostly a homebody but I do enjoy an adventurous day out when I can like nature walks or theme parks.
Compatible people
Respect and considerate of others feelings and private space I think are important qualities to have and I like for any potential flatmate to feel like home when living here. Female preferred but I'll consider suitable guys if they have the right stuff to make a great housemate.
