House cleaning and lawns included in rent. The room is small but cosy, in built wardrobe, queen bed and drawers. House is quite spacious and bedroom configuration is great as rooms are totally separate from each other, adds more privacy. House is fully furnished, all you need to bring is your own bed linen. Shared bathroom with 2 males. There are 3 of us here, I’m the only female so another female would be great although males are welcome to apply also. We all work full time and are respectful of each other’s privacy although it’s nice to have a catchup. Power and wifi included in rent, on street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac.
