A double storey townhouse in a gated community. Liveable & comfortable spaces & fully furnished. The intended room can be arranged as there is a spare queen size bed available & side tables.

A car may be needed & due to the logistics of the property, there is limited space for a second car park, but you may be able to find one within the complex or use street parking.

There is a local bus stop about 2-minute walk from property & train station which is 5-minute drive away.

There is a possibility that rent may increase in March due to the lease extension.

I am a single professional male who works 50/50 WFH & Brisbane office. My home office is the 3rd bedroom in the townhouse, but can consider moving it to the lower level.

I am an early riser which tends to mean that I go to bed early, but will respect late risers. With that being said, I am out of the house often besides WFH times & when I do meal prep & general chores.

I am neat, organised, & respectful. I don’t smoke, vape or partake in excessive drinking & want a flatmate that has the same understanding. I like to have a peaceful & calm energy in my home & want a housemate who shares in that same approach.

I am an active individual but also enjoy downtime at home when I can.
