Your bedroom is located at the front of the house. It is a large room and can fit a king size bed and other furniture. There is also a lounge room at the front of the house that you can furnish and use if you wish. The second lounge room and 3 other bedrooms are located towards the back of the house. We also have a lovely lush backyard that we are more than happy to share. I have just activated this account, photos to come.

Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, our home is short walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to a small shopping centre including supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants/take away. The beach is an 8 minute drive and a larger shopping centre is also an 8 minute drive. There is also a parking spot available in the driveway.

Hi, I’m Kara, I’m 41 years old, however I’m perhaps not your typical 41 year old! I work as a teacher and at a university, I DJ/dabble in music production, and in my spare time I enjoy attending music events and spending time at the beach. I have a 24 year old partner who spends time here also. He speaks fluent Spanish as he comes from a Chilean background. We obviously understand our age difference but if you meet us you will see that I live a very energetic lifestyle and my partner is very mature for his age, as well as fun-loving too. I usually get along with people of all ages and that is why I am open to living with people from 20+ to 40+.
There are also 2 little people who live here too. Lily is almost 5 and Solomon is 2. I totally acknowledge that living with kids is not everyone’s cup of tea, however the kids attend child care 5 days a week and we are usually out and about on weekends exploring. I would love to hear from you if you think that living with kids need not be a barrier to a happy sharehouse.
