Description of the home

Hi future roomy :) We are offering a clean, safe and friendly living environment. There is some lovely greenery around us with intermittent coastal breezes coming through. We are in a 2 story separate townhouse in a complex. Long term share will be welcome for the right match.

You are welcome to come and meet us and see the room anytime. We are in Currumbin Waters and just 10 minutes drive to Currumbin Beach and Palm Beach. There is also a pool in our townhouse complex.

Bills and Wifi are included.

We are a long-time couple who work part time in customer service and media production.

We live a healthy, productive lifestyle and enjoy friendly catch up chats to make our guests feel comfortable. We also respect peoples privacy. We are not into much partying or super late nights. We spend time away travelling when we can.

Your room is upstairs with a bright and airy feel and a pleasant outlook. it has clean (almost new) carpet. You will have your own private bathroom and toilet next to your room.

This is a quiet townhouse complex with good neighbours all around. We are unable to have pets here.
