Sadly we have to say goodbye to our roommates that have lived here for several years as they transition into buying their own home.

I'm Averyl 47 and works as an osteopath full time. Love getting out in the ocean and happy to spend most of my weekend surfing, checking out live music, or just chilling with a book and a beer around the pool. I enjoy keeping fit and most night Im at pilates or a yoga class. I love getting out on the weekends which might look like riding a bike to Kirra with some friends or having a glass of wine down the beach. Just purchased a pass for the Currumbin wildlife sanctuary and love going for a walk through there and hanging out with the animals :) I'm originally from Melbourne moved up here 5 years ago for uni. I love to travel and often fly back to Melbourne to visit family and friends.

Liam, originally from the UK is 29 and works as a carpenter. Enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with mates. Loves a chat and a beer after work. Spends most week nights at the gym after work. Weekends at the beach or out in the hinterland hiking.

Ash, 32 who works full time as an operations manager. She is well travelled and enjoys music, friends and looking after her two lovely older labradors. They are very lazy and love cuddles and ear scratches. She is also a musician and travels for gigs on the occasion.

We think it's nice to have a friendship with the people you share with but equally respectful of one anothers space. We do enjoy socialising but the house isn't a party house, a few nice dinner guests and a gathering in the summer by the pool is about as rowdy as it gets.

We are all clean, respectful, and genuine people that enjoy the dynamic that share housing brings. Having lived in many shares houses over the years we know the importance of open communications and contribution to maintaining the property to make sure the house remains a nice drama free sanctuary to come home to. We keep the communal space nice and clean and take it in turns keeping the yard and pool clean. We have had a few good get-togethers here though so we do like a mix of social and relaxed vibes. Looking for someone that likes the space as much as we do and can contribute to making the house a home as it currently is. The three of us have just recently all come together in the house too so looking for the fourth to complete the home. Think that's about it!
