Looking for an easygoing housemate to join our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home which also includes a spacious rear garden and alfresco area.
We are a professional couple in our early 30’s who are very respectful, clean and tidy and enjoy both relaxing at home as well as heading out for a few drinks on occasion and socialising on weekends.
We’re active and love outdoor activities, going to the gym or relaxing at the beach.
We have 2 very friendly inside cats.
You’ll have access to your own bathroom with separate toilet and your accommodation includes a bedroom with natural light, ceiling fan and a built-in robe.
The house is large, open planned and has an expansive lounge room and kitchen to relax or cook dinner as a household or separately.
