Hey guys!! Room in a new townhouse with a community pool located in Helensvale, perfect for a University student, available from the 1st of March! Fully furnished room with a double bed, built in wardrobe (extra shelving) and a study desk. You will have your own 'shared' bathroom (bathroom is only shared when we have visitors, otherwise it will just be you using it). On street parking available.
$350 p/w plus 4 weeks bond. Rent includes water and internet. Electricity bill will be split between us each month (can be negotiated to be included in your rent depending on your usage).

Great location: walking distance to Helensvale train station, Helensvale plaza and Westfield Helensvale. Only a 10 minute tram ride to Griffith University.

About us:
You would be living with myself and my partner who are in our mid 20’s and we are looking for someone around the same age as us (not a necessity), someone who is clean, tidy, respectful of our space, chill, and someone we can get along with! We spend a lot of time at home. We are non smokers and rarely drink.

About you:
A non-smoker, neat, tidy and respectful of our space. Happy to provide a long term tenancy for the right person.
No pets and couples sorry.
