Hope Island side of Helensvale.
The home is a large executive style 4-5 bedroom home with outdoor inground pool, entertaining area.
Only 1 room is available. Room can be unfurnished for $300/week or $330/week furnished with large screen TV, double bed, new mattress and side tables.
This room is larger than standard size (3.5M x4M) Large built in wardrobes with sliding doors.
There are 2 x toilets, 1 main bathroom with double vanity for flatmates to share and a separate powder room which includes the second toilet as mentioned along with a hand basin. Owners use the en-suite with toilet.
Each room has ducted heating and cooling, fans throughout, TV aerial connection. Full use of Kitchen/Family/ Lounge/Dining Rooms and Pool/Outdoor BBQ. Family room has large 65” 4K TV with Netflix.
There is also a large separate Fridge in Dining for 2 flatmates to share. There is already one flatmate living in converted garage and he has his own fridge. Owners use fridge in kitchen.
No pets as we already have 2 large very friendly Bull Mastiff dogs. They are friendly although protective of their property. They spend most of their time just lazing around in and out of the house.
Quiet area. Great for walking and bike riding. Approx 10 mins to Sanctuary Cove, 5 minutes to Hope Island Marketplace with McDonalds/Aldi/Woolies/Medical/7-11 and transport. 10-15 mins to Westfield Helensvale train station. Approx 17-20 min to Gold Coast University.
Rent includes responsible use of water, electricity, unlimited High Speed 5G Telstra Wireless Network and Netflix.
Off street parking. NO LARGE vehicles or trucks. This is NOT a Party House.

The home is located in the prestigious Hope Island side of Helensvale on a quiet street with lakes surrounding, a great area for walking and bike riding. Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove Golf Courses are at your doorstep.
Matt lives in the converted garage and he has separate access to his room. He is hardly around and very private and is in his 40's. He is clean and tidy and doesnt use the kitchen.
The other adjoining room to the vacant room is occupied by Michael. He is mid 50’s, works full time in a senior managment role.
We are seeking another flatmate after a long term tenant has vacated the room. Our preference is clean mature working person.
Only a total of 3 Flatmates to share with 2 owners of house and 2 x large Bull Mastiff puppies. The dogs are very friendly although protective of their property.
