With two bathrooms, plus an additional powder room, you will have a bathroom to yourself as we only plan to rent out one room. Being the main bathroom, this will may only be shared with the occasional guest.
The bedroom and bathroom is unfurnished so you can make it as your own, but the remainder of the house is furnished. As a newer home, the kitchen features all the essentials including a dishwasher.

Hey!
We are James and Jas. In a nutshell, we are both 29, and work full time; James as a sparky and Jasmine as a Marketer. In amongst the daily grind, we love going to the gym, having a home cooked meal and for James, a huge bowl of ice cream.
On weekends you’ll find us either chilling at home or out with friends.
We would love to welcome someone into our home with someone who shares the same home life qualities as us; someone who enjoys a warm, inviting home, that is clean and sociable but loves a quiet night in. We love the occasional drink but are looking to make a home, not a party house.
