Must be employed or in full time study.
Very peaceful and safe area on the golf course. Gated community, with a pool.
Lots of lovely walking tracks within the gated area.
Walk to shops and restaurants.
I have 2 large bedrooms available both with built in wardrobes and you will have your own complete bathroom. I work full time from my home office so would suit someone who goes out to work or study each day.
Large open plan living with dining area and 2 large balconies.
Non Smoking.
You will be sharing with just myself and my small dog and a cat.
