29 year old female working in the health care industry seeking 1 female to move in. Room will be furnished with a new queen mattress and timber bed, home is always clean and well kept
I have a 2nd room available with a single bed furnished for $250 per week.
I have a beautiful 17month old staffy and a 10 year old cat who would love the extra company.

It’s a very quiet complex so looking for someone who enjoys peace and quiet. Includes 2 pools and a tennis court, 2mins to the Broadwater and public transport
On street parking and very close to everything you need. $300 per week includes wifi - electricity, and furnished with bed plus extras if needed.
Ideally someone active and into a healthy lifestyle is what I would be looking for
ID will be required - 2 weeks bond.
