The location is great for its proximity to Griffith University, the University Hospital, Broadwater Riverside parklands, Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Australia Fair Shopping Centre, Southport Sharks Club, Gymnasium and even Main Surf Beach. The trendy Chirn Park Shopping Village is just 250m away with many cafes, restaurants, live music, hairdressers, grocery store and a BWS. The bus stop in both directions is only 40m from the front door with Australia Fair and Harbour Town just an 8 minute trip either direction. To get to the Uni or Hospital its just a 13 minute walk through a public park.
