G'day legends, I have a room to rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in the awesome Chamonix resort complex at Mermaid Beach. The complex has a beautiful pool, heated spa, sauna, and gym. It is a short walk to the beach, and just across the road from the Nobby Beach cafes, restaurants, and nightlife.

The townhouse is fully furnished and fully equipped, it has one main bathroom and two half bathrooms, a cute garden patio, and a thriving herb garden.

The room is medium, and comes with a built in wardrobe with full mirrors, a ceiling fan, and door lock. It has a single bed, bedside table, shelving, and a desk. It has a huge window with a lot of natural light.

- Keith, Aussie engineer, surfer and ex-surf instructor.
- Meghan, US teacher and translator, into running, and socialising.

It's a house where you can make yourself at home, use all the common areas and facilities, have friends come over to hang out, have a bbq or dinner, or even crash on the couch sometimes.
