- Clean and tidy a MUST, picks up after yourself, cleans bathroom/ vaccum/ dust weekly.
- Quite entertaining and friends for BBQs extra welcome, but not parties.

Police check within the last 3 months will be required and 3 references - work/ personal & previous rental.
