Spacious home with large undercover outdoor area looking onto leafy garden. Super clean house and everything works well . Parking under shadesail or on street. Just 2km to M1 motorway and you are midway between Brisbane and Gold Coast. There is a bus stop 50m up the road that connects to Ormeau station and Beenleigh. You can walk to Coles, Macdonalds, parks, pub and mini shops 600m away. The area has lots of nice houses with pathways to parks and sports areas.

Bills and expenses
Electricity, gas, and water included. (assuming sensible usage). Internet is high speed (50/15Mbps) and unlimited with excellent signal strength to all indoors. Parking in driveway under shadesail is included , as long as prepared to move a vehicle when others are parked in. Garage parking may be possible at times when others are away. Street parking is possible but it is a busy street at times.
Note I may consider a 1 week trial at 10% over listed rent.

I have relatives and friends in Sydney and NZ that sees me travelling away for about 2 weeks in every 6 weeks.
One other rents a room in the house, and he is very tidy and polite: ie 40 y.o. gent who works from home 3 days a week , in the IT field and goes to Brisbane city for the other 2 weekdays. In-to surfing , sci-fi and NRL
