I call this the Green Room - Has wooden cedar blinds, full blockout blinds and soft green carpet with a number of dark marks I can't get out. ie it looks terrible but I am looking for replacement carpet or a large rug.... Decent wardrobe with mirrored doors. Room area approx 10m2 (including the wardrobe). Currently with king-single bed to make room for the desk, but can change to double bed, or even queen, if the desk is removed or a small corner one is used.. All utilities included, with reasonable usage. Bathroom is shared with one other who is a very tidy male.

Spacious home with large undercover outdoor area looking onto leafy garden. Super clean house and everything works well . Parking under shadesail or on street. Just 2km to M1 motorway and you are midway between Brisbane and Gold Coast. There is a bus stop 50m up the road that connects to Ormeau station and Beenleigh. You can walk to Coles, Macdonalds, parks, pub and mini shops 600m away. The area has lots of nice houses with pathways to parks and sports areas.

Electricity, gas, and water included. (assuming sensible usage). Internet is high speed (50/15Mbps) and unlimited with excellent signal strength to all indoors. Parking in driveway under shadesail is included , as long as prepared to move a vehicle when others are parked in. Garage parking may be possible at times when others are away. Street parking is possible but it is a busy street at times.

About occupants
The owner , Scott is 59 and semi retired. Enjoy pottering in the garden, fixing things in the house, going to see the adult kids on weekends, watching action/scifi movies and TV series, keeping fit , researching/testing various technologies, and spending a few hours a day on the stockmarket. Positive, easygoing and active, I am happy to chat on any subject and share the odd cuppa or beverage. I am very tidy conscious and maintain all the shared areas to a high degree.
I have relatives and friends in Sydney and NZ that sees me travelling away for about 2 weeks in every 6 weeks.

One other rents a room in the house, and is very tidy and polite: ie 40 y.o. gent who and works from home 3 days a week , in the IT field and goes to Brisbane for the other 2 weekdays.
