Generous sized kitchen and combined spacious bathroom/laundry. Halfway between Tullybudgerra Creek and Palm Beach shops. Aircon to living/dining, kitchen area and ceiling fans to each bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. If you have a preference for the larger bedroom, I'm open to that but the weekly rental amount would be a little higher.

About the occupants
I'm a 31 year old registered nurse who works 4-5 days a week of shift work. I'm an early bird and usually up with the sun for a walk or run with Millie. When I'm not working, I'm either at a run club, out with Millie, spending time outdoors with friends, meal prepping or just having some down time at home. I'm an introvert and very much need my down time and space, so don't take offence if I need to recharge in my room after a busy shift. However, I really enjoy a good chat over dinner, watching a TV series or movie together on the evenings I'm not working or going out for brunch/picnics/dinners/drinks etc.
I am an extremely tidy and organised person and prefer a non-cluttered, clean environment. I like to live in a calm, tranquil environment and this quiet court is the perfect location for someone wanting the same.

You'd also be sharing the unit with Millie, a 2 year old Mini Groodle. Non-shedding and hypoallergenic. She is past her puppy phase and has settled really well. She gets both a run and a walk most days, so usually sleeps when I'm at work. She loves affection and company and is an inside dog so you'd have to be a dog person. She is completely house trained, but is allowed on the couch/my bed as she doesn't shed. She is clean, groomed regularly, has worm/flea prevention monthly and is completely vaccinated.
