Home Description

Description of the home

If you’re looking for a good sized house on a quiet street with your own bedroom, study, living area and bathroom, this house hold could be exactly what you’re after. Myself and my partner Sarah live here, we both work/study full time. We aren’t really party people and keep to ourselves for the most part, however, we enjoy the odd beer or three every now and again.

We’re in a great location, coles, pharmacy, cafes and fuel station are about a 1 minute drive away. The tram station is about 5 minutes away and we’re in bike riding distance from Griffith university. There is one off street parking spot under a shade cloth.
