This place is perfect for relaxing when you need time away from the crowds .... With 3 living areas, a study, a pool/movie room and a tropical gazebo area there's plenty of space to hide away and do your own thing if you want to or if you're down for a chat there's always a change of scenery within the property itself. There's also a large outdoor deck to relax on
When it comes to the kitchen there's every appliance under the sun so use whatever you like just keep it clean. We get together and clean on a Saturday then relax.
The movie room has a projector but there's also a TV with a PS5 connected so you have access to all the streaming services
Oh and yeh we're 10 mins off the M1 about 7 mins away from coomera station, Westfield and Costco. And if that sounds far we're only 2 seconds away from that tree the council planted outside.
