Description of the home

Hey! My name is Jack (28), and I currently live in this house with Anna (27) and Scott (22) in the 3 rooms upstairs. We all come from a British/Australian background. We have two rooms for rent downstairs (ground floor, at the river level). I work in Brisbane, while Scott and Anna work in surfers. We do a mix of WFH and commuting in, so someone is always home!

The house is on the river and has tonnes of natural light, and plenty of space. It’s part of a complex that has 2 pools, gym, sauna and barbecue/hosting area.

Our main priority is to get someone who is clean, and will easily fit in with the house dynamic. We watch movies and eat together some nights, work dependant, but also respect each others privacy, it's not a big party house, but we’re always happy to have a chat. Ideally we'd get two people in who know each other, as the downstairs rooms share a bathroom, and have their own living room/garden (although the whole house has access). Kitchen is on the middle floor and shared by all, however it is a decent size and there is plenty of storage!

Price is $220 per week per room, + bills are split by everyone in the house. Bond is 4 weeks rent. Couples aren’t accepted unless they are renting both rooms.

Bills and expenses

Bills are water, electricity and internet. Split equally among the housemates :)
