= Various groceries, supermarkets and convenience stores just up the road 15 minutes walk.
= Fast Food outlets short drive or cycle away.

Furnished room available $180 per week (pls mssg us to confirm availability) . Female enquirers only.

We prefer international/exchange students, person working on regular schedule, students doing placements. A mature minded person with activities/things to do. This is NOT a party/druggie/flop house under ANY circumstances.

VIEWING AND INTERVIEW
Online application and telephone interview for now. Viewing of room by appt only and dependent on Covid restrictions, if any.
We can also send you a video of the bedroom if you prefer via Whatsapp, Telegram or LINE.

NOTE: A deposit of $400 is required as surety against damages, breaches of rental agreement.

Also we welcome people who like plants and willing to help watering them in our back/front patio and small garden.

We strongly prefer persons who understand what mutual respect means - respect of people, property and safety of self/housemates.

HOUSE RULES
*** No parties, no smoking, no drugs.
*** BF/partner constantly "dropping by"/ sleepovers are not accepted as that impacts on the share-mates' privacy, comfort and security, and utility bills.
*** All house mates are expected to respect each other's privacy, security and home's hygiene.
