Looking for a HOUSEMATE & DOG SITTER! Very cheap rent!

We are offering our guest room for 250$ per week all inclusive (private bedroom with double bed and shared bathroom) under one condition: you must be willing to stay home from 10am to 3pm from Tuesday to Friday to look after our dog. No need to walk or do anything, just be at home.
The rest of the house is fully furnished, dining table, equipped kitchen, living area, office desk, etc.
We are like a little family of 3 people in late 20s, from France, Japan and Aus.
