I'm a friendly, considerate and respectful person and looking for the same. Self-employed single dad although my son has just left for a year in Japan.
I'm fairly well travelled (including a few trips to Japan myself and speak Japanese but I'm not fluent).
I enjoy a relaxed, drama free life and would expect the same from you too. Don't mind socialising but it's definitely not a party house. At the moment I'm spending a lot of my spare time fixing up the house and garden and also like to get out for a ride on my jetski when the weather is nice.
I'd prefer to live with someone who wants to share a home not a Uni style share house. That being said, students are welcome. The house is close to Southport for colleges, lots of public transport close by and less than 10 minutes to Griffith Uni by bus. Very close to shops and the Broadwater is just a couple of minutes' walk from here.
I may also be open to a single mum with a calm and courteous child (there's another smaller room that isn't currently being used).
