I am the only other occupant aside from my cat,I am open and friendly and easy to get along with,the unit is in a lovely 3 story walk up near the Broadwater with some great facilities including pool,gym ,sauna hot spa ,tennis court & bar-b-q area,you will also have your own small lounge /reading area and balcony,it's fully furnished with linen and full kitchen appliances to share .
