ILO Supportive Flatmate required

I am looking for a mature supportive flatmate (25-60 yr.), male or female, to share my 3-bedroom townhouse who is responsible, friendly, and tidy.

Features of this great property include:

-Situated in a gated, quiet small complex on a no-through road, short walking distance to light rail station, shopping centres, Australia Fair, Queen St Village, Brickworks, Ferry Road Market, and Convenience Stores.

- Spacious carpeted bedroom with reverse cycle air conditioning and fan (furnished or unfurnished as required), built-in wardrobe and main bathroom.

- Modern bathroom with bathtub that I won’t use and a downstairs powder room.

- Comfortable, clean open-plan living and dining space with reverse cycle air conditioning/fan.

- New fantastic gourmet kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of storage and bench space.

- Garage and Off-street car parking.

- Paved courtyard area with awning for easy gardening and relaxing.

- Small garden.

My supportive flatmate can move in for $300.00 per week (which includes unlimited WiFi and water but not electricity). You will be paid a weekly stipend ($600 taxable income) in exchange for your commitment to provide me with companionship (usually 4 dinners a week plus shopping). Minimum of 6 months stay or longer.
