Smith Collective is in walking distance to Griffith University, Gold Coast University and Private Hospitals, it’s also perfectly located next door to Southport Sharks, surrounded by schools and minutes away from major shopping centres and the tram line. It is also a 10 minute drive to the beach!

The Smith Collective retail centre which is a few steps away features Woolworths, BWS, Hello Hair Collective, Barbers of Belgium, Gnocci Gnocci brothers and several Cafés & Restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and Pilates.
Smith Collective has private resident gyms, walking tracks, sports oval, off leash dog park and four private resident swimming pools. There are also community events such as FREE yoga for residents & more. ( Private Gym, pool, and community activities are all included in the rent!)

My apartment comes fully furnished with a queen bed and mattress in the available room. The room is large with a generous sized sliding wardrobe (no mirrors) and two large windows and some cube storage.

Bills not included.

The tram line, hospital and Griffith university are walking distance away so it’s perfect for any student or professional.

There is a pool, BBQ and gym available in the complex for your leisure. There is 24/7 security in the area and all my neighbours are lovely.
