Hey there! We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful person to join our house in Smith Collective and take over a room in our awesome shared space.
Here are the details:

* Rent: $328.35 per week + bills
* Current Housemates: One Aussie girl and one Finnish couple
* Amenities: BBQ area, pool
* Location: Quiet and safe area, right next to Griffith Uni
* Bonus: Free yoga, free BBQ nights, and other fun events organized by Smith Collective
* Shopping: Woolworths is super close!
* Your own space: you will have your own room and bathroom (mattress and some other furnitures are provided)
