Hi there, i have a great place to call home. I'm a tradey /sparkie looking for a flatmate that's respectful of my unit and possessions. Need someone who's easy going and tidy. I have two daughters, Summer (12) and Skyla, (10) who stay every second weekend. We will respect your privacy and are normally out and about having fun. Looking for one tenant however there's two bedrooms to choose from located at the opposite end of the unit, so you will have your own private space with balcony, & bathroom.
