It’s an older style apartment block located on Tugun beach front.
The room is standard, however the location is incredible. You walk across one path before your feet touch the sand .
If you don’t appreciate the ocean, this is not the place for you.
The room is furnished, which includes a Queen bed, tall boy and a built in wardrobe and a fan. A washing machine is also provided. I have no problem if you wanted to furnish it yourself.

I’m a very easy going. Person I work five nights a week so ideally I’d prefer someone who works days however this is negotiable what’s not negotiable is that you don’t work at all. I would need proof of an income and one or two friends or ex landlords that can vouch for you. ! I like to cook occasionally and have a drink on the weekends. I swim everyday in the ocean as it’s my backyard. I would like to share this apartment with someone who appreciates the sea actually this is a must!
