Two rooms available in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Tugun, close to beach, shops and hospital, sharing with one male
Unfortunately my housemates have had to move. Two rooms available, as of next week and the week after but can be flexible with the date. Large fenced yard, 2 big living spaces, large kitchen, outdoor dining area, double garage (though is mostly used for storage at the moment).
Offer to sign a new lease in February for the right person, bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. Send me a little about yourself and we can arrange to meet. There is a big couch in the living room
It's a 4 bedroom house but I'm only looking to fill 2 rooms and keep the other as a spare or office (4 people would just be hectic)

I work from home and have an e-commerce business in the States. I'm quite often on the phone at night. I have my office in the master bedroom with the en suite.
I am home quite often unless I'm out for a swim, bike ride, or catching up with friends.
Ideally candidates would be late 20s - early 40s, working professionals in some sense.
