Description of the home

The house is a relaxed and comfortable place to come home to without any stresses or dramas.
Very close to a wide range of shops, restaurants, a Westfield shopping center and the Coomera train station.
It comes with a nice pool area that you can relax and unwind in after a long day as well as a 'man cave' area with bar and pool table.
There's a large entertaining / bbq area as well and I am happy for people to have friends around and make use of the area, particularly on weekends.
Currently have two bedrooms available for rent - rooms are currently unfurnished, but I am open to furnishing the rooms for the right applicant should it be necessary.
Property comes with unlimited 100 / 40 mbps NBN connection - fiber to the premises.
We also have a cat (that you will probably never see) and a turtle.
Open to considering applications from couples / people with children / people with pets, but this would potentially be at a different rental rate depending on the circumstances.

Currently it is just myself in the house, but I also have my 6 year old daughter 50% of the time.
I also work from home the majority of the time for a financial advisory firm.
I try to stay active, enjoy sports and being social, but also enjoy a bit of downtime and unwinding.

I do enjoy having a tidy house so whilst I am not a neat freak, I would appreciate someone who is proactive in cleaning up after themselves.
