A unique home full of character, coloured walls and books. The cats are always up to something and there are lots of great places to just lounge and relax.
The room; down your own hallway and tucked away you will get this beautiful sunlit room with one entire wall dedicated to a built-in wardrobe. The purple wall, though beautiful, can be changed up upon request. It will come with no furniture. A fan and ducted aircon are also in there.
The house: a good sized kitchen, a large fridge you only share with 1 other person (2 fridges in the kitchen to make all 4 adults happy). 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. The washing machine and dryer are already here. SOLAR PANELS will help with electricity costs, and the grey water tank will help with water bills. Chilled out environment and kitchen pantry you share with 1 person (my GF and I use another area for food) More photos of the house upon request.
About the housemates; There will be myself 28, my GF 26 and one other guy 23. We are laid-back people who mostly keep to themselves but are up for a good chat. We play DND once a fortnight with 1 other person and that's about all that is eventful in the house.

Bills and expenses
The 3 major bills are for internet, water and electricity, which are divided equally. Internet every moth and the other 2 every quarter. Grey water tanks help keep water bill low if used right and solar panels help a LOT with electricity (all summer long aircon on upstairs 3 adults $360 for example)
Lawns are mowed once a month at $80 split again between 4 (including you)

You would be sharing a house with 3 other people (including myself) and cats! Sadly no other pets are allowed.
We live a clean and chilled-out lifestyle in a smoke free home- but as always happy for a chat and a boardgame. We play DND once a fortnight and that's about it, its not a party house and is always everyone's santury to get home to at the end of a long day.
You would be sharing with myself, my GF and another male roommate who is mostly out and about.
The cats are very friendly and will often want to know what you're doing and can they get a pet while you do it.
