About the housemates; There will be myself 28, my GF 26 and one other guy 23. We are laid-back people who mostly keep to themselves but are up for a good chat. We play DND on Tuesdays with 1 other person (female) and that's about all that is eventful in the house.
About the house; a good sized kitchen, a large fridge you only share with 1 other person (2 fridges in the kitchen to make all 4 adults happy). 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. The washing machine and dryer are already here. SOLAR PANELS will help with electricity costs, and the grey water tank will help with water bills. Chilled out environment and kitchen pantry you share with 1 person (my GF and I use another area for food) More photos of the house upon request.
A unique home full of character, coloured walls and books. The cats are always up to something (they are all silly snuggle bugs and you will love them) and there are lots of great places to just lounge and relax. There is, in a semi-open planned space a LIBRARY (there are plenty of shelves in the home to have your own books safe and sound) a living room and a dining area. You'll often hear a vinyl softy going as we all enjoy records.
With lots of storage space and windows to let light in its a vibe of a home.
We are all adults and simply like to let each other know if there is anything we can all do to make everyone feel happy and at home.

Bills and expenses
All bills are divided equally.
Quarterly; Electricity and Water. Soler panels help GREATLY with the electricity keeping it fairly low (last bill was 400 for 3 people aircon on all summer) and grey water tanks help with water bills
Monthly: Internet and gardening $100 (($25 each)) (he mows the lawns and tidys. If this is a job you'd like to do you are welcome to it.)

You would be sharing a house with 3 other people (including myself) and cats! Sadly no other pets are allowed.
We live a clean and chilled-out lifestyle in a smoke free home- but as always happy for a chat and a boardgame. We play DND once a fortnight and that's about it, its not a party house and is always everyone's santury to get home to at the end of a long day.
You would be sharing with myself, my GF and another male roommate who is mostly out and about.
The cats are very friendly and will often want to know what you're doing and can they get a pet while you do it.
