The bedroom is a good size and includes a cute little nook that looks onto the patio with a window that opens and fly screen insitu for fresh breeze. My bed in the pictures is a queen bed. The apartment itself is ground floor with a huge outdoor area as pictured. Large open plan living, dining and kitchen. You'd also have your own main bathroom with bath as pictured. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained with access to a swimming pool with sunbathing beds, gymnasium, sauna, golf simulation and a function room that is available to be booked. It's situated on Lake Orr surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife, halfway between the beach and Robina Town Centre, with easy access to the motorway. Varisty Lakes train station is also very close by, as well as a bus that goes right by the apartment complex. If you drive, you have your own underground secure parking space.

About the occupants
You'd be sharing the apartment with Amity and her adorable nearly 2 year old Labradoodle Lana. Amity is an osteopath currently working in a clinic 5-6 days a week. On her days off she enjoys laying by the pool, going to the beach, going to farmers markets or going out with friends. She also enjoys keeping fit and healthy and attends fitstop regularly and walks Lana twice a day.

Description of pets
Lana is a hypoallergenic dog that doesn't shed. She gets walked twice daily and is groomed regularly so kept very clean. She is fully up to date with her vaccinations and receives flea/worming treatment monthly. Lana is ball obsessed and lives for her daily trips to the dog park around the corner. Lana would be solely Amity's responsibility and sleeps in Amity's bedroom. However, she loves a pat and to play if you're interested. Otherwise, she sleeps by the door waiting for Amity to come home or chews on her plastic bone she's obsessed with.
