This property is beautifully situated, with a stunning view looking out across Lake Orr and easy access to the lake, for individuals who enjoy kayaking or other water sports. It is located close to Southport Burleigh road, Christine Corner shops, 7 mins drive to M1 Pacific Motorway and Reedy Creek and a short 10 minute drive to Burleigh Heads.
This three bedroomed town house comes with an air conditioned open plan lounge/kitchen on the ground floor. The three bedrooms are located upstairs, my room is the one with the ensuite and your room comes with built in wardrobes, ceiling fan (no aircon) and your own separate private bathroom with a bath/shower, perfect for the cool winter months. The room for rent is a medium double, for single occupancy only, sorry no couples. There is a third room which is currently set up as a nook, but has space for a desk for study/ working from home.
There is a balcony attached to the downstairs lounge, with a gorgeous view of the lake and its wildlife, including our resident ducks and swans.
The front courtyard offers a private space to sit and relax amongst the fauna. There is plenty of off street parking in this cul-de-sac, with specific visitor parking allocations, out in front of the property. This is a non-smoking house and sadly no pets allowed. My neighbours are friendly and respectful of each other, offering a safe and supportive area to live in.
The bedroom is currently furnished, but if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture, it’s no problem at all, I can easily remove the current pieces for you. Just let me know!
Extra bills include: NBN with TPG monthly, electricity per quarter.
Water is included in the rent.
Shared utilities/ furniture: Washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, dining table and chairs, and couch.
